Welcome to Homeward Talks (“Homeward Talks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a digital community and learning platform operated by Homeward Public Affairs Inc. (“Homeward”).
By accessing or using Homeward Talks, including our website, forums, discussion spaces, events, webinars, resources, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

You are responsible for:

- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

All content provided by Homeward, including:

- Courses;
- Templates;
- Frameworks;
- Presentations;
- Videos;
- Graphics;
- Logos;
- Branding;
remain the property of Homeward Public Affairs Inc. or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Homeward materials without written permission.
7. Events, Webinars, and Educational Content
Homeward Talks may offer webinars, workshops, learning sessions, discussion forums, and events.
Participation in these activities does not create:
- A consulting relationship;
- A legal advisor-client relationship;
- A lobbying relationship;
- Any professional services engagement.
Separate agreements may apply where Homeward is formally retained to provide professional services.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
If the Platform offers paid memberships, subscriptions, events, or services:
- Fees are payable in advance;
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated;
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice;
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Homeward is not responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeward disclaims all warranties, including:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeward, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

In no event shall Homeward’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to Homeward during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

- Your use of the Platform;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

- We believe continued access poses risk to users or the Platform;
- We discontinue the Platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
