Michael Braithwaite is President & CEO of Jack.org, one of Canada’s leading youth mental health organizations. With more than 30 years of executive leadership in housing, homelessness, and social services, he is known for driving innovation, scaling impact, and advancing systems change. Prior to Jack.org, he served as CEO of Blue Door, expanding supportive housing and homelessness prevention programs across multiple regions. He also held senior roles with Raising the Roof and 360°kids, leading nationally recognized initiatives in youth homelessness, human trafficking prevention, and education access. Michael brings extensive governance experience, having served on boards including Waterfront Toronto, A Way Home Canada, Canadian Housing and Renewal Association, and Family Day. At Jack.org, he champions early intervention, peer-to-peer models, and community-based solutions to ensure young people have the tools and support to care for their mental health.
