Based in British Columbia, Kelly has built deep relationships across Western Canada and has extensive experience supporting and walking alongside Indigenous organizations. Throughout her career, she has helped bridge the priorities of community organizations, Indigenous leadership, governments, and other decision-makers building trusted relationships and navigating complex issues, while championing equity and social justice.

Kelly is also an established leader in Canada’s non-market housing and non-profit sectors. She serves as Vice-President of the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association Board of Directors and sits on the BC Non-Profit Network Steering Committee, where she contributes to strengthening and supporting the non-profit sector.

Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Mount Royal University.

At Homeward, Kelly focuses on strategic partnerships and relationship development based on respect and reciprocity, with a particular emphasis on connecting with underserved communities, non-profits, and mission-driven organizations across Western Canada.
